Kyle Citrano is a Managing Partner for George’s Restaurant in Hewitt. He was raised in Waco, and the restaurant business has always been part of his life. He started to develop his passion for the restaurant at a young age, when his parents purchased George’s in 1993. Kyle is a graduate of Texas Christian University. He is married to Kayla, and they have two children. They are happy to raise awareness and funds for the Family Abuse Center, and are appreciative of the opportunity to show off Kyle’s dance moves!
Rae Snyder is the owner of Infinity Pilates & Yoga, and spends her time whipping clients into shape using the Pilates apparatus and Yoga mat. She is married to Drew, and they have three children, Ella, Aubrey, and Everett. Rae began dancing at the age of four, and it is something she has continued to do ever since! She is passionate about supporting the Family Abuse Center, and is ready to wow the audience with some epic moves and plenty of energy!
Jana Millar is a native Wacoan, and a lifelong singer, pianist, dancer, concert-goer, Episcopalian, and cat lover. She is a graduate of Baylor University, and continued her studies at the University of North Texas, earning her M.Mus. and Ph.D., and has since enjoyed teaching music theory and aural skills for the last 30 years at Baylor. She is married to Pat, and is the mother of two grown children. She is thrilled to dance on stage again, and for such a worthy cause. If she can wear a costume, and have a spotlight, she’s there!
Landon Lewis was born and raised in San Antonio; but came to Waco to attend Baylor University, and graduated with a BBA in accounting and management. While at Baylor, Landon was introduced to the waltz, tango, foxtrot, rumba, cha cha, and East Coast Swing through a social dance class. Since then he has continued to learn, and teach ballroom dance basics both privately and in group settings.
Casey Turner is a 6th generation Wacoan. She is married to Cody, and they have two beautiful daughters, Gianna and Victoria. She is a graduate of both Midway High, and Baylor University with a degree in Health Studies. She is now the owner-operator of the Waco Hippodrome Theatre. Casey is a lifelong dance enthusiast and is very excited about this opportunity to get her swerve on.
Juan Medina owes a lot of his love for the arts to his mom and late sister, who always encouraged him to do everything with passion and from the heart, for that is what allows you to excel in what you do. After taking a ballroom dance class at MCC, he was hooked and began to teach others to dance! He is a graduate of Baylor, with a BBA in International Management; and has obtained his M. S. Degree in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix.
Dr. Adam M. Falcone
Dr. Adam M. Falcone is an Interventional Cardiologist who has been working for Waco Cardiology Associates for the past three years. He attended Texas A&M University where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Adam then moved to Galveston, Texas where he attended medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Adam and his wife, Chelsea, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three dogs.
Natalie George is a Waco native, the owner and artistic director of Joy’s School of Dance, and an adjunct dance professor at Baylor University. She graduated from Baylor University in 2004 with a degree in Public Relations and Business Administration. Natalie began her dance career at the age of five. She has been teaching ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical to students of all ages for over 20 years, in addition to teaching jazz, dance pedagogy, and dance choreography at Baylor. Any free time is spent with her husband, Dr. Clinton George, and their four-year-old son, Christian. This is her fifth time competing in Dancing with the Waco Stars.
Chelsey Crye is a born and raised hometown girl, graduating as valedictorian of Lorena ISD in 2008, as well as summa cum laude and highest ranking honor graduate at Baylor University Nursing School in 2012. She has worked at Scott and White – Hillcrest for six years, and attends Antioch Community Church. She has a gentle heart; but a tough spirit as she loves Camp Gladiator, Spartan obstacle races, and engaging in other running and physical challenges. Although Chelsey admits she doesn’t have any dance experience, she is excited and thankful to be a part of this event!
Mark Stansel was born in Hawaii, raised in Scottsdale, and got to central Texas by attending Baylor University. He has never again called anywhere else home. After 30 years at Mars Inc., he retired and immediately began pursuing classical music performance. Mark has been studying ballroom dance since 2006, recently competed in the Viva Las Vegas premiere ballroom dance competition, and this is his third appearance in Dancing with the Waco Stars.
Colleen Henson began her first classical dance class at the age of eight, and joined her studio competition team three years later. In 1995, she earned her first teaching position and became a soloist jazz and lyrical performer. Whether teaching and choreographing classical dance, or boot-scooting across a sawdust floor, Colleen loves to help her students succeed in the beauty and artistic expression of dance. She is the owner and director of Let’s Dance McGregor, and takes pride in the success of her award-winning competitive dance teams and each dancer’s accomplishments, on and off the dance floor.
Wade Mackey is a Texas native, who moved to Waco in 2005 to attend Baylor University. Wade spent his four years at university enjoying his studies and pitching for the Baylor baseball team. After graduating he interned in Kenya, played minor-league baseball, and worked at Talitha Koum, before pursuing a master’s degree at the Diana Garland School of Social Work. Wade is married to Abbey, and they love being part of the Waco community. He now works at Brook Avenue Elementary School as a Behavior Specialist.
Kayla Arnold has lived in Waco most of her life, and is currently a theatre major at McLennan Community College. She is passionate about the arts, and dabbles in most of them. Theatre, dance, and art have given her a new life and have helped her work through the anxiety, depression, and PTSD that remain after a childhood marred by domestic abuse. She is somewhat new to ballroom dance; but it has quickly captured her heart, and is both a comfort and a thrill!
Victor Larson is currently a graduate student at Baylor University working towards a Masters in Communication with an emphasis on Film and Digital Media, having already completed his undergraduate degree at Baylor with majors in Film and Digital Media, and Spanish. He has worked to gain a better understanding of the craft of filmmaking by participating in the production of various student films. He brings his talents from a long life in musical performance and dance to our stage, for the production of Dancing with the Waco Stars!
Brad Livingstone, Baylor University’s First Gentleman, has dedicated his professional career to secondary education. A native of Oklahoma, Brad was a three-year letter winner at Oklahoma State, and toured Europe in 1983 as a member of an Athletes in Action basketball team, sharing the gospel and building bridges between cultures. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, and a master’s degree in education from Oklahoma State. He currently serves as a history teacher at Vanguard College Preparatory School. He is married to Linda, and they celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary this year.
Mandy Dudik is a native of the Gatesville area, where she resides with her husband, Jeff, and their two daughters. She has been dancing since the age of two, and has been teaching dance for over 20 years. She is starting her 11th year at the Central Texas Academy of Performing Arts in Clifton. Mandy is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, clogging, lyrical, musical theatre, and modeling. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, with a minor in Theatre.
Nelson Rue has owned Schmaltz’s Sandwich Shops for 40 years, where customer service, quality product, and pleasant atmospheres are the values that guide the business. Nelson moved to Waco in 1974 to attend Baylor, and was an original employee of the Water Works Restaurant. He is married to Ann, is a father and grandfather, and enjoys time with family and friends.
Meredith Sutton is the mother, team statistician, personal stylist, housekeeper, chauffeur, chef, advisor, ATM, and biggest fan of four boys, Isaac, Noah, Asa, and Jonah. She also happens to be the dance teacher and choreographer for the Department of Theatre Arts at Baylor University. Meredith teaches ballet, tap, and jazz, choreographs department musicals, mentors student choreographers, and serves as an advisor to the Baylor Dance Company.
Missy Balusek is a retired police officer, and a graduate of Baylor University. She is a fashion and wardrobe stylist with Cabi, and the author of several children’s books. Missy is a native of Waco and restores homes along with her husband, Randy. The light of their life is Blake, their ten-year-old son. Missy is a member of Lake Shore Baptist Church, is a volunteer for Bluebonnet Hospice, and is a Cub Scout den leader.
Jeffery Page Masiongale has been a professional ballroom dance for 21 years. His specialties include choreography, competitive dance – both pro and pro-am, nationally and internationally. His hobbies include cooking and eating all types of food, music of all kinds, and every guitar under the sun. He loves puppies, kittens, and family.
Roxana was born in Monterrey, Mexico where she attended school and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Tailoring. She has lived in Waco for 22 years now. Roxana is married to Roberto, and has been blessed with three children: Luis Roberto, Nicole, and Michelle. She is the owner of Couture Tailoring by Roxana Robles, which has given her the opportunity to work with many people and companies in the area.
Ernesto is the owner of Platinum Universal Construction and the proud father of four boys, Ernesto 9, Vicente 7, Antonio 4, and Santiago 2. He loves dancing with his wife Claudia, and despite never having any lessons, believes in getting out there and doing what you feel! He graduated from Waco High School, where he played soccer, football and track. He is still an avid soccer player with the Waco Soccer Association. He attended the University of Texas in Austin and has been serving the city of Waco through Platinum Universal Construction since 2011. He is excited for the opportunity to support the Family Abuse Center!
