Joshua Sims
Hailing from the nurturing biosphere of Groesbeck, Josh Sims, his wife Jennifer, and their two daughters Georgia and Clara, having been residents of Woodway since 2016. Josh spent eight years in management consulting in aviation and defense and four years doing process improvement in the Maintenance and Engineering division of Southwest Airlines. Josh managed the operations of Golden Acres/LG Seeds for four years before attending Baylor's MBA program, achieving a certification in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. Josh opened Oak & Ivy Wien Bar and Bistro in Woodway in June 2022.
Caryn Hernandez
Caryn is a fulltime professional Ballroom Dancer and competitor for Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Waco. She got her start dancing as a hobby, taking dance lessons as a creative outlet. Now as a teacher, she loves to share the gift of dancing to everyday people, and to see them discover something new about who they are. She believes that dancing brings healing, transformation, and strength to those who pursue it. It is also one of the best ways to find community. Her favorite dances are Argentine Tango, Foxtrot, and Hustle. Her hobbies include welding, photography, drawing and traveling.
