Donovan Burris

Donovan Burriss moved to Waco, Texas in June of 2019 and serves as the Director of Resource Development in the Baylor Athletics. A native of Frederick, Maryland. Burriss graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in Kinesiology, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Sports Management.
Through his work within Baylor Athletics, he has managed the Baylor Athletics Mentor program, facilitating career development and personal skills workshops, and designed the Student-Athlete Transition and Readiness Training programming that paired student-athletes with tailored internships. Currently, in his role as Director of Resource Development, he manages fundraising efforts for Women’s Basketball, Softball, Volleyball, and Women’s Golf. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Athletics Scholarship fundraising team (Baylor Bear Foundation).
Burriss was a Division II and Division III student-athlete, competing in football and track and field. He and his Fiancé Zoe are involved in the Waco community through the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, serving through CASA of McLennan County, and have an adopted pup from Fuzzy Friends named Agnes.
Mandy Dudik

Mandy Dudik has been a choreographer and instructor in dance for over 25 years. She teaches tap, ballet, jazz, clogging, and hip hop. Mandy co-owns and operates Rise and Shine Dance in Clifton, Texas with her dance partner Danielle Spooner. Their teams have won many regional, state, and national titles. Mandy has been married to her husband Jeff who is a lieutenant for Lake Travis Fire and Rescue for 17 years. They have 2 daughters who are Jessy 8 and Kari 15 years old. Mandy is also a second-grade teacher at Gatesville Elementary School. Her favorite things are serving God, being with her family, working with children, and dancing!
