Rural Outreach and Education

In an effort to reach out to all people affected by violence, Family Abuse Center (FAC) provides community education and outreach to people in the following counties:

Start First seeks to teach children the consequences of violence (bullying, racism, sexual harassment, dating violence, and domestic violence) and alternatives to violent behavior through conflict resolution and positive communication skills.

McLennan County Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT)

The McLennan County Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT) is a team of community service providers who collaborate for a cause. Our Mission is to improve services for survivors of domestic violence through a collaboration of legal, criminal, civil, and medical personnel.

2nd Chance Thrift Store

All proceeds benefit Family Abuse Center (FAC). All items donated are offered to clients FREE of charge.
