Hygiene Kit
On a daily basis we here at the Family Abuse Center can have anywhere from 1-8 new women and children walk through our doors. The majority of people who come to us for help only bring the clothes they are wearing and maybe a small handbag of important documents and/or pictures. One of the first things most women want is to take a good hot shower and get a good nights rest. Your assistance in providing us with enough hygiene kits for every new resident that enters our shelter helps ease their transition here. It makes them feel welcome and more at home in a new and strange environment.
Hygiene Kit
- 1 10-15oz Bottle of Shampoo
- 1 10-15oz Bottle of Conditioner
- 1 Bar of Soap
- 1 Toothbrush
- 1 Tube of Toothpaste
- 1 Comb
- 1 Pillow
- 1 Stick of Deodorant
- 1 Pair of Shower Shoes (or Flip Flops)
- 1 Tote
With the exception of the pillow, all items should be put into the tote bag for easy storage and delivery. Please do not deviate from the list provided so that each new client will receive the same materials when they arrive.
